TDDI refers to specialist care provided to individuals who rely on medical technology or clinical interventions to support their daily living. This includes people with complex health needs who require trained carers to safely manage and monitor their care at home.

At Comforting Healthcare, we provide person-centred, nurse-led support for individuals requiring TDDI care, ensuring safety and continuity of care within their own home environment

Our TDDI services include support with:

  • Tracheostomy care (including suctioning and monitoring)
  • PEG feeding / enteral feeding support
  • Ventilation support (where required)

  • Clinical observations and monitoring

Complex care is person-centred support for someone living with a chronic condition or long term health conditions.

Comforting Healthcare is equipped with highly experienced complex care staff who are able to provide one-to- one service enabling complex care clients to remain at home with the greatest possible degree of independence and to help manage their symptoms and daily tasks. We understand that each complex care condition is completely individualised to the patient, and therefore this is tailored to meet individuals needs and wishes. We are committed to ensuring every customer receives care that is designed to their care plan and to support family carers as their well-being is important to us. 24 hrs Care / Respite

Our respite care services are flexible and matched to your needs. Whether you need a few hours, a day or a couple of time a week. We can either spend time with you in the comforts of your own home or accompany you out to the shops or a place you would like to visit.

My domestic help carer is very friendly and puts me at ease, she is very efficient, she is thorough, exceptionally reliable. We always have a chat about day-to-day things I can ask her about anything she is vey adaptable and forth coming, we are able to have a laugh and a chat that is quite important really. Overall, I am incredibly happy with her. I have no problems requesting any requirements from the Supervisor or the Company Manager herself, I do not feel uneasy. I think it important how you keep in touch on a weekly basis, it fits in with the Company, it is a very caring company one. I do feel confident that in the future if I can do less it, its not a problem because I have you guys, it quite a relief. Your help gives me time and freedom to Care for my Mum.

Opening Hours

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. Offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Our lines are open 24 HOURS a day, 7 DAYS a week, ALL YEAR round, so you can be REST-ASSURED to reach us anytime!
